Building Plot Development

Our client had a building plot in her garden in Chailey, East Sussex, which she wished to develop. Upon consultation with Lewes District Council they advised us that they would be looking for small housing units with a modern design, so we came up with the idea of these two 2 bedroomed semi detached houses. They were constructed with boarding and render with a glass roof in the front turret to allow more natural light in.
