Newick Village Stores

Newick Village Stores is a part of a run of listed buildings. The area at the back of the shop included disused storage buildings with an unused garden and therefore the owner of the shop was keen to explore the possibilities of repurposing this area to create a small dwelling. Due to the limited space, we managed to design a one bedroomed unit within a new walled garden and a parking space which was hidden from the conservation area. This was part of the stipulation of the Local Authority.
